Mental Health Day of Action and Care

JONAH’s Mental Health Task Force is proud to host their second annual Day of Action and Care on May 9, 2026 at Owen Park.
Event details:
– We anticipate at least 25 vendors with mental health related services of ALL kinds!
– Adult Activities: opening yoga and closing yoga, drum circle with BaredFeet, Heart Math exercise, Sound healing, group dancing, mindfulness, energy healing experience, art making
– Speakers from: EC Sober Living, At the Roots, JONAH, Brain Injury Institute of WI, and a few others on the personal experiences with suicide, POTS, near-divergency and more!
– An entire kids fair with booths for infants, parent support, elementary drop off, middle and high school resources and hang out, and youth activities like movement, drumming, art and more.
– Listening booth and support group experience
– Door prize
