Monthly Issue Education Nights: May 23 = Mental Health

The JONAH Events Committee is proud to launch the first of their monthly issue education nights. Every 4th Tuesday at 6pm at Grace Lutheran we will hold gatherings to learn about a current issue and will have time for questions. Two weeks later each event is followed by a faciliatated discussion so we can talk about what we learned, an where we are divided in the community.
May is Mental Health Month!
On May 23 our Mental Health task force is hosting a screening of Mental Health Matters’ short film “Shaping Destiny”, sharing stories of lived experience, talking about the green bandana project and peer support, and calling you to action! It goes from 6-8pm and refreshments are provided.
